Join us at Somerford House & Place Frederick for a meaningful day of movement, music, and community as we come together to support Daybreak Adult Day Services. We’re hosting a Fun Run/Lake Walk around our beautiful lake, followed by a festive cookout lunch featuring live entertainment and plenty of fun for all.
