"My mother was at Somerford House a little over 9 months before passing. My family said it was the best decision ever made on behalf of my mother. The staff was attentive, professional and caring. I visited every day and I witnessed many lovely moments, from housekeeping, dining, caregivers, administrators, social, transportation, maintenance and nurses. They are definitely a team. My mother had daily visits from the staff to chat and check in. They made a point to know my mother needs, not only medical, but they know her as a person. The staff made my mother feel like a million bucks and they treated her with kindness and respect.
